Kevin,
MathPlayer does not come with Internet Explorer. Here is a link to where you 
can download it: https://www.dessci.com/en/products/mathplayer/download.htm. Ai 
Squared is also working with Design Science to add support for MathPlayer and 
MathML in Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. But, this support is 
still under development.

I am using whatever player comes with Internet Explorer.  It seems to work with 
other screen readers.  I can read most of a formula, except for the exponents.
For example "pi r squared" reads as Pi r 2, With each number or letter on a 
separate line.
