I use FB mobile. It is the easiest and blind friendly. If you are using it, then in answer to your questions. I type the letter e to find the edit box and press enter. I write my response then tab to either post or comment. As for pokes, I find them in my notifications. I receive a message that says, so and so poked you, would you like to poke back?
