Did they change any other commands? I wonder why they didn't change it on
the list? I'm just looking at the list of hot keys, not the recorded
webinor.

You aren't doing anything wrong. The call selected contact keyboard
shortcut in Skype was changed from Control+R to Control+Alt+R after the
webinar was recorded.
