Subject: wineyes hotkey

Hello, can someone tell me what the hotkey is to read whatever is
highlighted in a list? For example, say you are in windows explorer and
arrow down to a file, then you leave the computer and forget where you were
in the list, what is the hotkey to read the highlighted file in the list? I
know you can arrow off the file and go back to it and read it that way, but
I think there is a hotkey to do it too. Thanks.

Butch
