The same thing happens here. I just do an alt-f4 and it shuts up for a while. I am going to call Microsoft and ask them to do a clean install because when mine upgrades by itself, it really really seems corrupted. I think I'm going to go to Windows 10 sooner or later so maybe I just need to upgrade and be done with it. I am not sure how to tell you to remove the whole possibility!
