Jim, The exact steps will depend on your web browser and Windows version. But, for starters, navigate to the link, then open the link's context menu with the application's key or Shift+F10. Arrow down to Save link as or Save target as. Select the menu item with Enter. Follow the prompts to choose a file name and location if necessary. HTH, Marc
