Hello I can't upgrade to we 9.3 through the Help menu. I start the download process; I get progress notifications for several minutes; then I get the WE control menu screen and it stops at that point.
I went to the Upgrade link in Aaron's message, and got a "can't open page" message after entering my serial numb er.
