Well, such is not the case here. I just finished trying yet again to install the upgrade. I downloaded the file a few times which seemed to work. However, no matter what I do I cannot get this thing to run. Even in my administrator account I can approve the running from the uac but then nothing. Nothing at all. I have tried several things including running as administrator from the context menu both in my administrator account and from without. Nothing. This is a windows eight point one professional machine which is up to date. I have a paid for version of we with two sma counts left. This is rather frustrating.
