I get the beeps most every time windows loads. this is w e crashing. I guess because with me it tries to load 2 or 3 times before it gets to the desktop. w e loads for the log on screen but I have windows set to by pass this screen. this is one time when w e crashes. then loads another copy when it gets to the desktop. I leve this setting alone because windows needs speech when you switch users.

It's very much like the one heard when NVDA starts and shuts down too. Other than that, I have no ideas why it might be acting the way it is.
