WE 9.3 is having a issue of not talking and needing to be reloaded after
returning from sleep mode on a Windows 10 system. Did not have this
issue with WE 9.2. Also as I indicated before using control alt w
reloads but puts you in some mode where you are in the WE UI but not
showing it on the screen.
