This sounds exactly like what happens with Thunderbird, at least in my
short experience. I am using Windows 8.1 and WE 2.3.

make sure the message window is maximized.
sometimes reloading w e will fix the reading problem for awhile.
some of the problems is the wlm app. it still has bugs.
some times browse mode stays on. sometimes when I
check the status of browse mode with shift control a it will turn on and all
the key presses will say invalid key and browse mode can not be turned back off
and I have to reload w e to un hang w e but will lock up again if I check
browse mode again.
other times I can turn browse mode on and read to end and the other keys will
work without it saying invalid key.
all of this is random. it doesn’t happen all the time.
its doing this with w e 9.3 with both windows 7 and 10 64bit.
right now with this message I can not turn browse mode on to use read to end.
w e will stop working and I can not turn browse mode off until I reload w e.

Subject: WLM writing and reading what is written
Hi,
So far I am not having any problems reading emails in WLM. However, when I am
replying to an email and sometimes writing an original email I have been unable
to proof read what I have written. Any suggestions?
Thanks much!
Grant Metcalf
