Read to end won't work because you are not in browse mode. I am
assuming the idea is, if you are creating a message, it's like working
in an edit box, so you want browse mode to be off

Read to end is not working in latest Thunderbird when I type a message
and want to read it before sending. I have to arrow down to read each
line. When reading an incomming message read to end does work.
