Hi, Jesse. If you wish, you could upgrade right now. The servers run the list, download the upgrades, and so on. It is best to try upgrading Window-eyes during low traffic periods. You can upgrade during business hours as well. My point is this. Try to upgrade Window-eyes to the current version when internet traffic is likely to be low--you know, early morning, late evening, weekends, yada yada yada. The servers were jammed when Window-eyes 9.3 was released on Wednesday. I didn't get the upgrade until sometime after 5:00 p.m. mountain time. .
