I am having the exact same problem on not one, but two separate Windows 8.one machines. No matter how many times I download it, or what steps I take, nothing works. I have turned up smart filter. It is very unusual, or suspicious, that this is happening to two of my machines, the machines are very separate and have nothing in common other than the operating system. I have updated window eyes on these machines previously.
