It's 9.3.1, and on my computer with windows 7 Pro and Outlook 2013, most of the time the repetition occurs somewhere in the first few lines near the top, but most of the time it's the first line. If I up-arrow a few times, to stop the automatic reading of the first 20-or-so lines after pressing Enter on a new or next message, I can either start read-to-end, or I can arrow down line by line, and the repetition does not occur. It is annoying, and slows things down tremendously!
