I'm having the same issue with my TripleTalk usb as Jim is having after
updating to WE 9.3. Using windows 7 home premium 64 bit with all updates.
Using Triple-Talk USB Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8 64 Bit Driver
v1.1. After removing WE 9.3 and reinstalling 9.2, I no longer have this
issue.

When I lose speech and it happens all over I must shut off my triple talk
usb then turn it back on then restart window-eyes. If I do not turn off then
on my triple talk, I will never get speech back. Wile I like some of the
improvements with ie web pages and reading email in outlook 2007. The poor
triple talk usb is going through hell.
