andy, I had a very similar problem. The install wizard just froze.
However, when I went to the website for we for office and downloaded and
installed, it worked.

I have WE 9.2.1 and am trying to update to 9.3.1. i tried to update through
the check for updates item and it says the download reached 100% but then
nothing else happens. I have attempted to download the file from the web
site, but when I hit the download update button nothing happens. What should
