Hi Don,

I'm working from memory here, but try pressing spacebar on the combo box and
then right-arrow to expand the drop-down of available options.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: Creating Thunderbird message filters

I am running Window-eyes 9.3.1 on an HP desktop running Windows
10. I don't know the version number for Thunderbird, but it is very
recent if not the latest.

I have created Thunderbird message filters many times but none recently,
so I do not know exactly when this problem began. Filter creation works
fine until one gets to the point where one has selected "move message"
and one gets to the combo box to which one wants the message to be
moved. I can arrow through the various accounts which I have created,
but I am not able to open the appropriate inbox so as to select one of
its child folders. I used to be able to right arrow so as to select one
of the child folders. As stated previously, I have had no need to do
this recently as my folders and filters have been set for along time.

Please someone, try to accomplish this, and tell me if there is a work
around. For what it is worth, I have the same problem when attempting
to use other screen readers as well.

Don Roberts
