open the set file while firefox is running. check that firefox.set is
associated with the browser and not default.set.
then check at screen punctuation again and make sure it is set to global and
not to program and that its off for everything.
they should all be set to global, not program.

Subject: w/e speaks too much punctuation in firefox
win 7 64 bit firefox e s r 38.5 when i navinavigate through pages, w/e
reads a lot of unnecessary punctuation like parenthesis, dash, etc.
everything is okay in ie 11. i have the voice punctuations turned off
and the keyboard punctuations turned on. don't know why that's happening.
