yes,
sometimes you can route the mouse to the top left side of the screen. then w e
will read more of what is on the screeen when you arrow down. but i can not
arrow back up what i just passed without haveing to route the mouse back to the
top left side of the screen.

Hi guys has anyone noticed in we 9.3 if your in windows update and other
windows sections that the numpad keys seam to get stuck.
In the passed you could simpleyjust arrow up and down to read but now we gets
stuck on 1 or 2 lines and you can not read anything eles.
