Well if you ask me the best e-mail client for windows for ever is Microsoft outlook sorry you are just not going to get better features then with Microsoft outlook. It works a treat with every screen reader I have tried it with. It sinks quite nicely with my ICloud so all the contacts and other information finds its way to my IPhone. Maybe someday I will be able to get all the apps in windows and then can use nothing but windows. As I said outlook does the job for me quite nicely. Hth
