Hi,
It is recommended by Access Solutions to install the new firmware as
Window-eyes sends commands to it that the old firmware doesn't understand,
causing it to lock up.

Subject: Re: triple talk usb losing speach we 9.3.1.0

Well last night I lost speech with my triple talk usb and could not get
it back, so I hooked up my deck-talk usb and ran it for the rest of the
evening. I took a chance and re hooked my triple talk back up and well
now it is working again. I have not installed the firm wear and
probably won't since it sounds like it doesn't pronounce words
correctly. Right now it is working great. Rick
PS I am running win-eyes 9.3.1.0
