Hi Mike: I too get that from time to time on the Yahoo Finance sites and other sites. It sounds like the menu bar is automatically opening. Sometimes there is a roll over on a page that might do this, don't know. Sometimes I can just tab out of it, sometimes escape key will work and sometimes I have to close the page and try again. Like you, sometimes trying to route the mouse is useless with WindowEyes. I don't know if this is WindowEyes using an active cursor to read things when it should use a passive cursor or mouse or something else but I have gotten this allot in the past but not so much lately after mucking with WindowEyes settings allthough I still get it off and on. I use to get this problem in non Internet Explorer programs as well so think it is local to WindowEyes and I don't remember getting it when I sometimes use jaws but since I don't use it all the time not sure if it would happen in other screen readers. Perhaps one of the AISquared folks will have some suggestions. Post up the webpage where this happens most frequently so others, and the AISquared staff can try to duplicate the problem. Rick USA
