Yes; that suddenly started happening to me on Friday with Rollye James's
website. I tried the laptop and it did the same thing. If it worked, it
worked really slow. I would have to press the context key, then wait about
a minute, then arrow down really slowly. Otherwise, it would just shut up,
and for the first time, I couldn't restart window eyes and have it work. I
am using ie 10, because I screwed up the version 11 several months ago, and
the guy who helps me couldn't even fix it. So, he went back to 10, and told
it not to update. Pam.

Hello Everyone,
I have 2 computers with the same setup. Both have Windows 7, WE 9.3, and
IE11.
This evening I attempted to download some books from BARD. I would download
1 book. After the download was complete, I would download a second book.
When I used the right click to select save to target on the second book, the
computer 1 became silent. I tried to open Windows Narrator, but it was
still silent. I also tried downloads from a different site with the same
issue. Sometimes it would crash at the first right click, sometimes the
second download attempt. I have been using shift-10 as well as the right
click hot key on my Braille Edge with the same results. One time when I did
reboot, I did get a WE error report. I did provide some feedback and
submitted it. I did use the right click for other things like to spell
check this message and it worked OK.
I then went to computer 2 to download and used the same steps (except no
Braille Edge is connected to that computer). The downloads went fine.
The only changes in the past week or so are the following. An upgrade from
WE 9.2 to 9.3. A renewal of my Eset anti-virus effective on December 31.
If their are other error messages, I do not know what they are.
What to do?
