Hello, Mike. No, support is not on holiday. Ai Squared opened again on January 4. I can personally vouch for this because I spoke with Chris yesterday to help me resolve an issue. I guess technical support hasn't answered your query yet, smile. I seem to recall that if you send a message to the support e-mail address, someone may or may not respond within 24 hours. I mentioned that because if no answer is provided then nobody at Ai Squared can provide a solution, smile. I hope you receive an answer soon.
