You need to download the latest firmware and driver from Humanware. Even with the new driver, I still loose connectivity at times. I can't get braille back when it goes away by pressing the activate button. It seems to work to turn the Brailliant off and back on, and to unload and reload Window-Eyes.

Under Windows 10, it claims that the brailliant is on com4. Accordingly, I told Window-Eyes 9.3 to look for it on com4. When I hit the activate button, the display goes blank as if it intends to work, then it goes back to the Brailliant main screen. I've restarted both the PC and Window-Eyes to no avail. Any other ideas?
