I am new to the community here but lastpass is a very good password
manager. It should be very usable because it uses a web interface for
its vault. I currently use it with other screen readers and I have no
issues. I also use it on my iPhone and it works well. I do like it
better than one password because of how last pass syncs everything
automatically over a secure web environment. This means as soon as you
make a change it is available on all of your devices. Last pass is cross
platform without having to buy the app on multiple platforms like one
password. The cost of last pass is $12 a year but it is worth it.

I've heard good things about One Password being used on both IOS and on
Windows computers with screen readers, but I don't know which screen reader.
I heard a podcast on this from AppleVis, I think it was. The version for
Windows costs money, whereas the IOS version is free. I'm just thinking of
delving into it. I heard you can then sync the Windows app and IOS apps of
One password via Dropbox or maybe other cloud services.
