was this a win 10 upgrade?
if you upgraded from win7 you are suppose to reinstall w e 9.3 because win10
uses different video drivers then win7 does.

I’ve noticed that on most web pages that IiI visit often that now window-eyes
will often start reading in the middle of the page. This happens on the Bard
