First of all, please be careful with reply to all as this message is being cross-posted to a couple of lists. If you are using outlook 2013 and likely above that, you CANNOT create rules any longer. This looks to be especially true if you use something like gmail which uses imap. I've tried to do this and keep getting a message that a value is missing even though nothing looks as though it is missing. I specify the folder and the address book but something is missing or so the rules wizard thinks so. Just thought you ought to know so you don't aggravate yourself trying to create rules when it is impossible to do so. Microsoft may think they know what people want, but they don't in this case.
