Hi Sky, After the release of Window-Eyes 9.3.1, we discovered that the remote assistance component being shipped was corrupted. This is probably the cause of your issue and sorry for the inconvenience. In theory, you should be able to re-download and reinstall version 9.3.1 to fix this problem. I have seen this fix work and also fail. Another solution is to get a copy of the old remote assistance component from our support team and overwrite the corrupted version. This fix seems to work 100% of the time. I hope this helps. Marc
