Say guys, why does it happen that every time I go to Windows help in 8.1
that the search always tells me that it isn't working right now? This
has been happening now here for a week or so. I probably don't use it as
often as I should, but when I do, it is a bit disconcerting to have it
give me this as feedback for my trouble.
