Greetings, We have heard reports of this problem but have yet to replicate it in-house. A couple of things to try:
1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Manage Add-Ons, and disable any you don't need. 2. Also in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Options, select the advanced tab, and reset your settings back to the defaults. Note this will leave bookmarks in tact, and you shouldn't lose any data. 3. In WE, go to Apps -> Diagnostics -> Refresh Accessibility Libraries. Reboot once this procedure is complete. If your issue is urgent, or you believe the only people best able to resolve it is someone from Ai Squared, I suggest either emailing [email protected] or calling (802) 362-3612. While we do monitor this list, emails directly to our support box and via the phone take priority and you will get a response faster this way.
