Dear Pastor Gil,
I would strongly recommend that you return to version 8. It is annoying
that we have to do such a thing; Eset really should know better.
However, it is sometimes necessary to accept these setbacks. Version 8
is perfectly fine.
Cheerio,

It is a completely different interface.
I just got off the phone with a rep from Eset and he said that people
with a screen reader should use version 8, because version 9 wasn’t
screen reader friendly at this time.

I am assuming you know how to use the Mouse Navigation Keys and still
found the Eset interface difficult.

You might want to give it a try for yor self and see how it works.

I know the interface is different in version 9 from version 8. Have
you actually tried version 9 with Window-eyes? I ask because Eset
thinks Version 9 may be accessible using the latest version of JAWS.
They don't know how accessible Version 9 may be with the latest
Window-eyes or NVDA.

It is not accessible. It is different than version 8.

Have you actually tested Version 9 please? I spoke with Eset a couple
of weeks ago. The story on Version 9 of Eset Security Suite is that
Eset has not yet tested it for accessibility. It may, in fact, be
accessible, but they are not willing to say so.

Hi,
Eset Version 5.2? You should be at least on 8 now if you are
using Windows
7. Apparently 9 is the only one to use in Windows 10, but it is not
accessible.
All the best

Tried Vipre and decided to stay with Eset Smart Security version 5.2.
It announces updates and is very screen reader friendly.
