Hi Carol,

Try Insert-2 (not the Numpad 2) and press it repeatedly until you hear
Keyboard on with characters, and then save the setting in the WE control
panel.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: copy, cut and paste not speaking

Can someone please let me know how to reset my copy, cut and paste key
commands back to where they speak? In Windows Explorer, and some of my
other programs, my computer will no longer let me know when I have cut
pasted or copied something to or from the clipboard. How can I get that
feature back? Currently, I have turned on the speaking of special keys,
but that does exactly what it is supposed to do, speak things like shift
or control, but it does not speak the letters that I add to them. Thank
you.

Carol
