Hi I have been trying to down load the new upgrade to window-eyes after
purchasing my new SMA today.
And the down load only goes so far and then it tells me there is an error.
And to retry in A few minutes or try again later.
I have been trying this since 3:00 P.M. how come I am unable to down
load what I have recently purchased?
I am sure the payment went threw cause I got the invoice and when I
purchased the upgrade that all went well.
So what can be happening and how to correct it?
