Hi: Go to the WE Website where they have their lists and check if they turned off your subscription. Mine was turned off due to bounces which can automatically happen. You have to turn it back on to get messages again. You will need your password for the lists but there is a button or something that will send it to you if you forgot it. This has happened to others, me most recently, so don’t feel ba\d, it is not that you are doing anything wrwrong they just don’t have their list set up properly me thinks. If you just cant use WindowEyes anymore others have used a screen reader called JAWS and some slog through one called NVDA so you wont be left in the dark totally. JAWS has a 45 minut demo mode and costs almost a grand, NVDA is free I think. I don’t know what is going on with WindowEyes, my philosophy is your fault, my fault nobodys fault just make it work properly. Windows10 is a beast but the guys at AISquared are paid to handle the beast so hopefully they will get it all under control even if it is Windows10, the WE old school design or even our individual computer settings.
