Hey Bob,
It's the mouse pointer identification. Open the Window-Eyes control
panel. Go to Mouse, voice, and tab down to the Pointer Identification
Global/Program scope button. Make sure it's set to Global. Then tab to
the Pointer identification combo-box and set it to off.
Control-S to save.

All of a sudden my computer started saying “Busy Normal Select” for no reason.
Sometimes it repeats the words two or three times.
I’ve tried rebooting but it doesn’t help.
