Acrobat Reader is in full document reading mode. Visibly, the screen may jump to the page pointed to by the link, but the document just reloads the browse buffer and you end up at the top. If you need to use the Table of Contents, you need to use shift-ctrl-5 to change the reading options to read a page at a time. By default, Acrobat Reader will read the full document if it is less than 50 pages long, lthough you can change this threshold in the accessibility options. In page-at-a-time view, you use ctrl-PgDn and ctrl-PgUp to go to the next or previous page. You can also use ctrl-shift-N (after first pressing insert-B so that W-E doesn't eat that keystroke) and type a page number to go to. Hope this helps.

Subject: Problem reading a pdf file

I am having a problem reading a
pdf file with WE 9.3. It is a manual for a fitbit. When I click on a link in the table of contents. It goes to the page and when I try to read with WE it goes back to the table of contents. I've not had this problem with other pdf files before.
