I can get my attachments just fine with Thunderbird, but I have a friend using the same version of TB and WE that is not able to get hers. Her mouse will not route to the email window so she can click on the attachment. We tried changing the focus window and it did not help. Moving her mouse keys only results in a ding. Does anyone have any adeas that I can tell her to try? She was able to get attachments about six months ago, but can no longer get them unless they are text that can be read in line inside the message.
