Hi:

No one should be forced to upgrade, if what they're working with works for
them.

Though I have not had the issues with Windows 10 you have, and I am doing
pretty well under Windows 10, I see no urgency if someone does not want to
update to Windows 10.

My wife, for example, is quite happy with Windows 8.1. It does what she
wants, and, she is happy with that.

Interestingly, I did install Windows 10 on her computer, but, the HD decided
to fail at about the same time, so the computer would randomly reboot. I
replaced the HD in her laptop and reverted back to Windows 8.1 and she is
running along with the GWX control panel watching out for her.

your full of it.
i have not had any access denied to my account with windows 7 and i will
stay with it until 2020 when support ends.
win 10 is not better when it keeps changeing permissions on your account and
you get denied access to your own account and files you created or
installed.
twice i could not boot the system and had to re format and start over
because i was denied access to my account.
this has happened 3 times with a upgrade and with 2 clean re installs.
i got locked out of my own account and i could only log in as a guest there
is still many places in windows 10 where window eyes will lag behind, lose
speech or not speak at all.
apps? there hasn't been a singl app that i am interested in and few are w e
accessible.
periphials and software?
for get it. there is no drivers for my 1 year old dell printer. i would have
to upgrade openbook i would not be able to use windows live mail which is
totally accessible for me without haveing to find things on the screen with
the mouse.
microsoft wants us to use the windows 10 mail program which is still not
accessible. they are changeing the protocalls for email so you can't use
windows wlive mail, hot mail etc. with a microsoft account.
the un accessible edge browser? how long will it be before there is full
access to this?
i do not have a microsoft account
and if this will be the only choice i have the computer will go out the
door.
i refuse to put everything in the cloud where i would not have any control
over stopping hackers from getting my personal information.
with everyones info being stored on just one microsoft server the whole pc
worlds personal info could be hacked at one fel swoop. no thanks.

Subject: Update Warning

Hi,
The update, KB3035583, came back in my update list after I hid it 2 dtimes.
This is the third time I have hidden it.
It put the Get Windows 10 icon in my systray.
Once I uninstalled it the icon is gone again.
Thought you all would like to know.

Pastor Gil
