Ok, if this works then One of the things is that window eyes is hogging
along side this process.

try to boot in safe mode if a driver or something you have installed

there is no safe mode list anymore. the f8 or is it the control f8 or
f5 key to boot in safe mode is a windows like interface now. with no
one to tell me what is on the screen i can't use it with no speech.
with win 7 i can boot to the safe mode screen, arrow down one space
and boot in safe mode, with speech to uninstall the affending driver
or program that is preventing windows from booting. not with windows 10.
no thanks. i have both win7 and 10 but i seldom use it.
