I tried this and there were a pile of updates. I read through them all
with the mouse. After rebooting I went back and read the whole window
with the mouse.

I reported this issue as a problem with 9.3 and it still exists with WE
9.4.
Here are the steps to show the problem. I am running Windows 10 64 bit.
I open the start menu and type windows update in the edit box and hit
enter. The windows update screen opens and I tab to check for updates.
Now I try to use the mouse keys to review the screen and I can not get
WE to read the screen. With WE 9.2 you could review the screen with the
mouse keys with WE 9.3 and and now with 9.4 you can not.
