Using: W7 HP 32 latest WE and Firefox
I emailed WE support a few weeks ago regarding not being able to
permanently turn off the reading of table row and column headers
regardless of the setting changes made in the WE Control Panel. Support
also found this to be the case and catelogued the problem for future
attention.
Unfortunately this problem still exists in the just released version.
The only way around the problem is to use the shift control h key
combination which only works until WE is restarted and then both column
and row headers will be spoken once again.
So far, I have not had an oppurtunity to fully test the new release but
one annoying bug seems to have been fixed. Previously, each time WE was
started for whatever reason, the WE Control Panel was displayed.
Sometimes this required a few hits of the escape key or the Windows d
key to close it. But, so far, it seems to have been fixed which is great.
