Yes ... that's my understanding of the Microsoft program called Office 365. This gives you access to all of Office both the web internet, and the Windows versions.
My employer has a corporate license, which extends to my use at home, so I can't give you exact links and details, but if you query of Office 365 you should have no trouble finding it. I do believe you have to download everything, they don't give you physical discs and manuals.
