I know this email is quite lengthy, but I'm sure you'll appreciate the
detail, as GW Micro/Ai Squared has always encouraged us to send a detailed
email explaining any issues we may be having.

There appears to be something strange with Office 2013. When I started using
the program a couple years ago, there was an icon under the (Insert) tab
called clipart. When you clicked on this icon, you were taken to an area
where you could type in a search string and obtain pictures. The search
results, would appear in a listbox to which a screen reader user could arrow
up and down through to locate the file they wanted to add to the document
and press enter to insert it. Upon pressing enter on the picture, you were
placed back in your working document. Lately I've found that this is no
longer the case. The clipart icon has disappeared, and when I search for
pictures using the (online pictures) option in word or any other office
program, instead of the accessible listbox, the window that opens appears to
be inaccessible. If a sighted person looks at this page, the picture results
are there, but for whatever reason, we as screen readers at least for me,
can no longer access these results. At first I thought it was just something
wrong with Window-eyes, but I tried to access online pictures using office
2013 on a computer at school, which has the latest version of Window-Eyes
installed, but I got the same affect, and all search results now appear to
come from bing, instead of the microsoft web site. Did a setting in MS
Office 2013 get changed? Is there any way that I could switch the online
pictures page in office back to the way it was?
