Chirp won't talk with any screen reader. The only thing I've found that
qorks is the ones from rt systems. their url is

It depends on what radio you are wanting to program, write me off list

Kenwood's software talks fine with window-eyes. With the chineese
radios, only thing I've found is the rt systems stuff, you need their
cable and software, and is around $40 as I recall, but it just works, no
messing around with drivers and so forth. Evn with this software,
neither jaws or window-eyes will work. You need nvda to makke their
edit boxes work.
