Hi Jed,

You probably need to press Insert-B before pressing Windows-A, as Chris
suggested; otherwwise, you'll simply toggle attribute changes for
Window-Eyes.

How do i access the notification center?  I know there is the task tray 
with insert s on windows 10, but hot so i access the other 1?
