I cannot answer all of your questions but I can address the question about deleting header information and just sending what you want to send.
Number one open the message that you want to send. Whether you're going to reply to it or forward it doesn't matter. Number to go to the beginning of the information you don't want. Number three hold down the shift key and arrow down through the header information that you want to get rid of. Number for press the delete key. You can do this anywhere within the message if you want to delete footer information as well as header information just highlight what you don't want to send and hit the delete key.
