I would not go with avast. I did try it for a year and this is back in
2008 with windows XP, it did not play nice with window eyes, and another
thing I had to have sighted assistance to get rid of the thing and to
uninstall it had to go in to safe mode to remove the uninstaller that
was on my desk top. That is where my husband helped me out in getting it
vanished from my computer. I even made sure after I got out of safe mode
that anything that had avast with it went through everything on the hard
drive double check that everything was gone and it was plus they wanted
75 dollars when the year was up am there thinking no way and no thank
you. So if anything stay away from it. Go with something else please.
