My Apologies if I have ask this before, I know I ask on another list and
that is why I am asking here. I Have the chirp programming software for
my Handheld and originally when I got it about a year and a half ago, if
was practicaly useless usin W.E. I believe that was just before the
release of W.E.9.0. I really would like to be able to use it and I
think I might have found a work around by using Excel to edit the
template. But it would be considerably easier to just use the chirp
program to edit this file. So is there any hams on list that might be
